Custom order FAQs

Everything you need to know about commissioning custom paracord creations, vinyl decals, and tailored designs with DS Creations.

How long does a custom order take to make and deliver?

Once you approve your digital design draft and payment is completed, we craft and dispatch your custom items within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery across New Zealand typically takes an additional 2 to 4 working days depending on your location.

Can I choose specific paracord colours and patterns?

Yes, absolutely. We stock a wide range of paracord shades and weave styles. When submitting your order request, simply let us know your preferred colours and we will help match or combine them to suit your style.

Will custom vinyl window banners fit my vehicle?

Yes. All of our vinyl window banners and decals can be tailored to the exact dimensions of your windscreen, rear window, or body panel. Please provide your measurements when requesting a quote so we can ensure a perfect fit.

Do I get to see a draft before you start crafting?

Yes. For all custom graphics, decals, and bespoke paracord setups, we will send you a preview draft for review. We only begin production once you are completely happy with the design and give us the green light.

How durable are your outdoor vinyl decals and paracord items?

We use premium commercial-grade vinyl engineered to withstand harsh New Zealand weather, UV exposure, and car washes. Our paracord gear is handwoven from heavy-duty cord, ensuring outstanding strength and longevity.

Handcrafted with care in New Zealand

We believe custom creations should stay genuinely affordable without cutting corners. From initial draft approval to careful packing, we take pride in every detail of your order.

How custom ordering works

Getting your bespoke piece is straightforward. Browse our shop to pick your item, choose your colours or design, and we will send a draft for you to review. Once you approve the draft, complete payment and add your delivery address. We then get crafting and dispatch your order within 2 to 5 business days.
